During our family trip, we loved being just a short walk from the charming old town and the Christmas market. The combination of old-school charm and modern touches in the room was good, and we appreciated the impressive breakfast spread that included great food. Though the bathroom could have used a bit more space, our overall experience was cozy and enjoyable.

Very nice experience there. Plentiful start of the day with pastries and fruit.

The staff were very helpful and tried to assist when possible. Location is excellent for easy access to the local shops.
That the room we stayed in had a separate toilets to the bathroom. No toilet brush, bin or wash basin in the toilet. Therefore you have to walk through the bedroom to the bathroom to wash your hands. This should be advised on the web site.

unique, unique, unique
I was enchanted by the blend of old-world charm and modern design throughout my stay. The hotel, a former brewery, showcases fine architectural features like original machinery suspended from the high ceilings. Plus, the breakfast was amazing with a variety of fresh foods and the good feature of freshly squeezed orange juice!
strongly recommend ❤️❤️

Freshly pressed orange juice and freshly ground coffee at breakfast: Outstanding! The Hotel is very well located for visiting the old town.

Excellent location in the middle of the Route des Vins d'Alsace. All picturesque villages within a driving distance of 1 hour. We visited in Alcase outside of the holiday season and therefore there was plenty of room everywhere. Good food and excellent wines :) Rooms were clean and good breakfast served. Everything in Colmar within the walking distance.

Interesting rooms in this converted factory. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Bed was so hard that I woke up sore in the morning.

The hotel room and bathroom was plain, but had all accessories that we have requested. Breakfast was ok, however the self service area is too small and you have to wait in line to get your food and coffee. We have requested parking and we were directed to the underground parking area. You have to be a very skilled driver with a very small car to manage to park there.

The location is convenient, just a short walk from the charming old town and attractions. The architecture is fascinating, with original brewery features adding character to the hotel. Complimentary coffee and croissants available throughout the day provided a nice touch. On the downside, parking can be tight, and the standard breakfast lacked variety compared to other locations.

After a great deal of difficulty finding the hotel, our room, on the ground floor with parking outside, was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. It is convenient for the centre of Colmar and the main attractions. Parking at 8 euros was a little high as just outside the gates on the road it was free.Breakfast was ok.

Situated in quiet block, 5min walk to old center though. Good value for money.
The free breakfast offer poor option for hot food.

We took a lovely stroll and visited the Andre Stentz Winery, a fantastic experience. The staff were genuinely cute.
My kids wished for a larger bathroom for their stuff.

Very central location, just a short stroll away from a large Roman Catholic church. Standard queen room with separate beds for children. The staff - attentive and very amiable.

* Service was good and they were attentive all time. * Location is perfect, near the city center. * The room where we finally stayed (we requested a change of room) was lovely and the bed comfortable.
* At first we had a horrible hotel room (the 207). The room is perfect except for the ceiling: is made of old wood and all the room smells like it. Also, there is an strange engine at the ceiling (a giant wheel and a iron bar) that gives a horrible appearence... And also looks like if it is about to fall over you! And also is full of dust. At least we could change the room without any problems, and these other one was ok, but don't know about how are the other rooms... * The breakfast is poor.
